Criteria checklist according to https://stellarcommunityfund.gitbook.io/scf-handbook/scf-awards/scf-build/submission-review-criteria
The Participant, Project and Submission meet the Participant and Submission Eligibility Requirements;
The Participant needs to demonstrate that their Project has been sufficiently found product market fit, proving either with significant user traction, or a validated need identified by a team or individual experienced in the Stellar ecosystem; Transfuse x Stellar - Market Fit
The Submission and deliverables need to be of high quality, clear in language, and rich in (technical) details; Transfuse x Stellar Roadmap, Budget and Deliverables are both clear in language and rich in technical details
The Participant needs to clearly explain how Stellar is and will be integrated into the Project, as both a use case and technical integration, along with a technical architecture outline. Transfuse Technical Architecture clearly explaining how Stellar is used, will be used as both a use case and the technical outline and integration involved
The Participant needs to demonstrate that they are ready to start building immediately after receiving an Award (e.g. needs to be able to dedicate developers experienced in the relevant languages to the project); Please see Technical Architecture and Roadmap, Budget and Deliverables This can be validated and confirmed from past SCF 20 Activation Award awards having fully met the detailed "Proof of Concept" deliverables required to receive an SCF Community Award from the hosted webapp "Swap" interface as well as the open source code which is the basis for which our MVP deliverable Soroban contract implementation will build from.
The Project needs to demonstrate it is using or will use Stellar to significantly improve its core features, and explain why they're using Stellar; This can be verified by viewing our detailed Technical Architecture
If the Project intends to develop Stellar smart contracts (using the Soroban platform), the Project needs to clearly explain a plan to open-source these smart contracts. Please see the Transfuse Technical Architecture for Soroban use case, integration and development efforts.
The requested budget needs to only cover costs related to the development of the project built on Stellar, and be reasonable for its project scope, stage, and impact to the Stellar ecosystem according to the SCF Build Award Budget Guidelines; Budget and roadmap have been carefully analyzed, validated and considered based on feedback from the community, SDF and the hardwork spent during our time at the Stellar Kickstart Camp, where we were able to solidify a budget, roadmap and deliverables that are sensible and meet the necessary requirements.
Tranches should be separated in MVP, Testnet, and Mainnet, and contain feasible deliverables. All deliverables need to be clear with sufficient detail and achievable planning;
Participants need to demonstrate that their Project is unique and competitive, and show how it provides clear value to the Stellar ecosystem;
